  1. We require 48 hours advanced notice for an equipment request and 72 hours advanced notice for video conferencing.
  2. Use of equipment is based on availability. You will be contacted either by email or phone to confirm the equipment reservation. Questions can be directed to awiegand@chesco.org or 610-344-5681

  1. A video conference test call must be made prior to the hearing to ensure compatibility.
  2. Requestor must obtain permission by the Judge/Master for video conferencing equipment usage. 
  3. Submitting this form does not guarantee the Judge or Master will permit video conferencing use during the hearing.
